Under the leadership of Founder and Chairman Mr. Rajesh Chaudhary, Rajarshi Gurukul was conceived not simply as an institution, but as an educational model shaped by intentional design. The aim was to bring together rigorous academics with a pedagogy that encourages independent thinking, inquiry, and meaningful engagement, moving beyond traditional rote learning toward a more reflective and student-centered approach.

Developed across 20 ropanis of land in Sallaghari, Bhaktapur, the campus was planned as an integrated environment where learning extends naturally across disciplines and experiences. Academic study sits alongside physical development, creative exploration, structured activities, and daily care, allowing students to experience a full and balanced school day within one cohesive setting.

As the school has grown, its educational approach has continued to evolve, integrating national curriculum standards with internationally informed practices that emphasise critical thinking, collaboration, and applied learning.
