Our Story

Rajarshi Gurukul began its journey in 2013, rooted in the vision of Founder & Chairman Mr. Rajesh Chaudhary. During his daily drive from Koteshwor, he observed that families were traveling long distances in search of quality education—an experience that sparked a powerful thought: Why shouldn’t children have world-class education close to home?
From this inspiration, a dream took shape.

What started as a vision soon became reality. Today, Rajarshi Gurukul stands proudly on 20 ropanis of land in Sallaghari, Bhaktapur, as one of Nepal’s forward-thinking educational institutions — built to redefine what schooling can be.

From the very beginning, the school was founded with a clear mission: to complete the Nepali educational landscape by providing a guided, child-centered approach that develops independent, creative and analytical thinkers — confident enough to step into the world and thrive.
